A Conquest Case Study: Magic Meow
Because my GP is too damn high!
Magic Meow, like many people, puts on their pants one leg at a time. The only difference is that they make solid gold records have a 7.5M GP account. I… do not. I have a 12.4M GP account. This puts me in the realm of “of course you red crate; you have every character!” And Magic Meow, well, doesn’t.
So I’m going to take a look at their roster, see what feats are feasible, and ferociously fanagle this feline friend’s fiery - uh - word that starts with F but means “character roster.” Fiduciary? I don’t know. Fecund! No, no, that’s not right at all. Give it time. It’ll come to me.

Eww.
I mean, not… uh… not “eww” bad but, you know, “eww” in… a… good way? Like when you meet a new baby and say, “Eww! What a… cute… baby?”
First thing’s first: Can they utilize any of the cheese teams I suggest? Short answer: No. Long answer: not yet.
There is no JKL. That means the JW cheese is impossible and we’ll need another exploitable leader for DCS cheese.
But the account is close to JKL. In fact, the account has every pre-requisite done. GET JKL, YOU FOOL! So this is fixable, and in fact should have been fixed the moment those pre-reqs were completed.
There’s also (obviously) no JML. That means Fois Gras is out the window. We will have to work around that. There is a g12 POW that has his omicron, so many of the various and sundry buff and debuff feats are achievable via that route, even if he doesn’t directly help many of the “win with” feats.
Now let’s build some teams to use for the Global feats.
LS UFUs. They have GL Rey, so this feat is good to go. I recommend Rey / JTR / CLS / CAT / Scav. That’s all of the LS UFUs they have at relics, anyway. But this should be a fine team able to tackle most conquest enemy squads.
Bad Batch. It appears they bought the BB LSB, since they have all of the OG BB characters at R5, but none with zetas. And no sane person relics Omeeeega on purpose. This may work for farming bonus nodes in sector 1, but I’d want to see some zetas before I use it for more serious action. For now, let’s plan on spending 4 combats per day farming the bonus node until this feat is complete. Their BB2 has no gear and is mostly level 31. Gonna want to get those guys to g8/level 85 IMO. That’s not a big lift. Some can even go higher before they require kyro (don’t give them kyro).
Crit Damage Down. They have an R3 Badstila. That’s great! I’d suggest higher relic levels for her, but R3 is serviceable.
Stagger. Badstila works here as well, which is good, because their Scout Trooper is… not good. 2 stars? Woof.
300 DoTs. We have Vader. We’ll be fine. I like SEE / Vader / Badstila / Sion / Wat (put tank tech on SEE, heal tech on Sion, weapons tech on badstila) for this (as well as the above two feats).
Sector 1 feats.
20 Spectre wins. Skip this. I’m skipping it, and I have GLAT. It’s just a bad feat.
50 clone kills. If we’re farming 20 bad batch wins on the bonus node, we will get 100 clone kills in the process. So this is free.
50 Eva Up. BB wins will also get us Eva up. So this is also free!
60 Secret Intel. Easy! We have BB-8, so we just toss them with another strong team as we clear the zone. I’d suggest resistance, but zorri is only 4 star g8, which is probably not enough to guarantee 3 star wins with a finn-led resistance team. Maaaybe though?
Midboss: Win with 5s surviving
Fives is R3, so even though the 501st team doesn’t exist on this roster, we can bring Fives with another strong leader for a carry. SLKR / KRU / Fives / two other people is a fine team. So is SEE / Wat (tank tech on SEE) / Fives / two others (sith preferred). Rey will also work, but we’ll be trying to use her for UFU wins, so let’s avoid if possible.
Midboss: Win with only dark side characters
This is a perfect time to use a 300 dots team. SEE / Vader / Badstila / Sion / Wat.
Endboss: Win with Baby Cal surviving
Cal is only 4 star g8, so we’ll have to carry him with SLKR or, if we must, Rey.
Endboss: Win with Hunter (M) surviving
Same deal. Try SLKR / KRU / Cal / Hunter (M) / Hoda. If that doesn’t work, we can burn some Rey stamina for Rey / Cal / hunter (M) / BB8 / Hoda.
Sector 2.
10 wins with 3 DS Clones on your team: SLKR / KRU / the 3 ds clones. Find a team without AoE and farm the shit out of them.
Win 20 times with 3 stars:
This is free.
Gain Health Steal Up 60 Times:
EP / Vader / Piett / Badstila / 9th sister would be the team I’d use here. I also just noticed that 2nd, 7th, and 8th inks all have omicrons… ouch.
Gain Stealth 60 Times:
Darth Maul / EP / Vader / Badstila / Sion should get these if you’re going against a weaker enemy like the BHers.
Midboss: All Clones
BB1 is your only option. This feat may not be doable with who you have until you spend some zetas. Depends on the discs you get.
Midboss: All Empire
EP / Vader / Piett / Badstila / 9th sister
Endboss: Get a kill with a Spectre Attacker (Huyang, Padiwren, or ATF)
Padiwren is really your only option here, and it’s not a great one given the low gear and lack of JML to force attacks to her. Let’s plan on skipping this feat.
Endboss: Get a kill with DRey
Impossible without DRey.
Sector 3.
15 wins with vader surviving. You’re going to have to do this one. That means farming 4 combats a day here for 4 days (okay, only 3 combats one day, you pedants), just like how we’re farming BB1 kills in sector 1.
14 wins with no attackers. Here are some teams to consider:
Veers / Piett / Starck / Range / Moff G.
Dash / L3 / Vandor / IG-11 / Kuiil
MM / Baze / CRex (relic him plz) / Biggs / SRP
Padme (put some gear into her, wow) / Shaak / Plo / GMY / GK
O(F) / Hunter(M) / Wrecker / Echo / Tech - I don’t think this team will be that effective without zetas, but you never knowGain Defense Up 60 Times
That Padme team should earn a bunch of these between Plo and GMY spreading the buff. Veers’ team, too.
Gain Target Practice 400 Times
We can try O(F) / Hunter(M) / Wrecker / Echo / Tech, but I don’t have high hopes for a zeta-free BB team here. Can use the og Hunter instead of the new one for a slightly better team, but it will no longer qualify for “no attackers.”
Miniboss: O(F) survives
If that weird BB team works, it works! Otherwise this looks like a prime candidate for SLKR to carry.
Miniboss: Get a kill with Appo
Skip this for now.
Boss: Win with Enoch on the team
He only has to be on the team; he doesn’t have to survive. SLKR carry.
Boss: No Supports
SLKR / KRU / Vader / Sith Trooper / FOST should work here.
Sector 4.
15 wins with Batcher surviving
Skip. If it turns out we must do this, you’ll have to carry with SLKR or Rey. SEE is not a great “carry” unit, but maybe?
Try to apply Tenacity Down 50 Times
CRex does this on AoE. Chewie does it on basic and assists a ton on a CLS team. So use these guys.
Try to apply 10 Deathmark
Death Trooper is your best (maybe only) option here. Try Veers / Piett / Starck / Dark / Death.
Gain 50 bonus turns
DV / Maul / GMY / 9th sister / Wat is probably your best bet here.
Midboss: LV and DV Survive
Impossible without LV.
Midboss: Huyang Survives
SLKR or Rey carry.
Endboss: Get a kill with Jocasta
Impossible.
Endboss: Win with a full squad of Bad Batch
Doubles with the global, so that’s nice. Hopefully not too hard without those zetas.
Sector 5.
14 wins with a full squad of Empire
Veers / Piett / Starck / Dark / Range will get this and marked for you.
Apply Marked 25 Times
Piett applies it to an ally with his 2nd ability. GG applies it to an ally when he takes health damage. For GG seps I suggest GG / Magna / B1 / B2 / DDK. You’ll probably need zetas. And.. oh. oh wow. GG needs mods. Health sets with health primaries wherever possible. Please.
Apply Order 66 10 times.
Skip.Apply Evasion Down 60 times
For your roster, 3PAC is the best bet. Run your CLS team and you’ll get this eventually.
Midboss: Win with GLAT
Impossible
Midboss: no tanks
More choices than I can count here. That veers team above lacks tanks.
Endboss: Get a kill with Baylan
Impossible
Endboss: Win with Crosshair (S) surviving
SLKR carry if you must.
Suggested Homework (in order of priority):
Make sure all of your characters have mods. Please. Absolutely no advice can make up for a lack of decent mods, let alone a lack of mods altogether. Don’t throw out a single mod until every character in your roster has a full set. THEN start upgrading their mods as you get new, better ones. No one should be without mods!
Get and gear JKL to R7. Zero speed on his mods, make him a leader.
Relic CRex to R7.
Relic Padme to at least R3. Eventually she’ll need R8 for LV, so you won’t be wasting gear if you take her past R3.
Get GAS. With a relic padme you should be very close to this.
Get Zorii to 7 stars and relics. You have every other part of a very good Conquest and GAC team ready to go, and you already gave her the omicron (premature, but what’s done is done). Finish the job!
Stop putting omicrons on inqs not named Grand Inquisitor, Third sister, or Marrok
Stop putting omicrons on characters who aren’t even Relic’d yet.
Other notes:
18 burritos are physically impossible for you to get.
That means we can only skip 16 burritos’ worth of the following feats that I suggested we skip: S1 20 Spectre wins (5), S2 kill with spectre attacker (3), S3 kill with appo (2), S4 15 wins with Batcher surviving (10), S5 Order 66 10 times (15) Given the math here, I think we need to either relegate ourselves to gold crate (lets us skip a total of 134 burritos), or try for wins with batcher surviving (run 4 per day against an easy node with your relic BB+batcher instead of Omeega) and inflicting order 66 10 times (we’ll have to find a cheese for this, which will depend on the availabe data discs. GET JKL).
VERDICT: Gold crate is definitely doable. Red crate may be possible with hard work.
