“Ruthless: Offense” is available as well. 1 capacity, whenever an enemy falls below 100% Health all allies gain 16% offense (stacking) until the end of the encounter.
"Ruthless: Debilitation" (Blue, 1 capacity): When an enemy falls below 100% Health they are inflicted with Healing Immunity and 2 stacks of Armor Shred, which can't be dispelled or resisted.
Volatile Hyperaccelerator (Blue, 2 capacity): “When an ally deals damage to an enemy, that enemy gains 5% speed. At the start of each enemy turn, that enemy takes 10% Max Health damage.”
garbage disc, imo, even when reduced to 2 dots from 4. The only way to make this viable would be with a team that can't die (like Rey lead, maybe?) and a bunch of caustic emissions discs or somesuch so that the enemy team can't outheal the 10% per turn damage. Even so, enemies that heal a lot or take reduced damage from % health effects would be effectively immune. Not worth it for the headaches it causes.

This one was available last conquest, I think? I’ve still literally never seen it but it’s supposed to be amazing.
Yup, that's an old disc. Had a bug that prevented some enemies from dying, too, if I recall. Hope that's fixed.

Yeah, it used to be a 4-dot purple disc. even dropping to 2 dots it's awful.
